Wednesday- Chicken Enchiladas with Spanish Rice
Thursday- Baked Penne Pasta with Garlic Bread
Friday- Onion Pork Tenderloin with Baked Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes
Saturday- Mom's night off!!
Sunday- Lemon Pepper Grilled Fish with Rice and Creamed Peas
